About Dr. Gangasanjay
Dr. Gangasanjay is a seasoned yoga professional hailing from a family with a rich legacy in yoga. He started his yoga journey in childhood under the guidance of his father, Yogabhaskara K. K. Gangadharan, from the esteemed Sivananda yoga school. Building on this strong foundation, Dr. Gangasanjay pursued further education, including a diploma certification course in Yoga Therapy and a yoga instructor course from the prestigious SVYASA University in Bangalore, India.
Teaching Philosophy
In his classes, Dr. Gangasanjay incorporates diverse practices rooted in Hatha yoga traditions, including Sivananda and SVYASA sequences. He specializes in guiding students through Pranayama (breath control), Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), Kriyas (cleansing techniques), meditation, and various relaxation techniques. His teaching style is inclusive, encouraging students of all levels to explore and deepen their yoga practice in a safe and nurturing environment.
